"We interviewed Roger and Joy based on a recommendation and after touring a house they were building. When we met them face-to-face at that house, there was no question we were in good hands. From the start, they provided a personal touch and kept open and regular communication, which was essential since we were moving from a distance and couldn't be on-site as often as we’d like.
