During the planning process, we'll establish a timeline specific to your home and keep you informed as construction progresses. Projects take anywhere from 8-18 months.

Joy and Roger will create a detailed, fully custom bid based on your plans, materials, finishes, and details. We have a standard level of quality we build to, but finishes and details are ultimately based on what you choose. If you decide to upgrade certain materials or features, the cost of the home will adjust accordingly.

We’ll do everything we can to stay within your budget and will communicate with you if anything changes along the way. Material and labor costs can fluctuate with the economy, and additions or changes during construction may also affect the final cost. Our goal is to keep you informed, satisfied, and able to enjoy the building process without unexpected surprises.
