Who we are

Townsend Construction Co.

Built on a simple belief: A home should be built with the same care, quality, and attention to detail as if it were our own home.

Townsend Construction is a family business, and that shapes the way we build. Roger, Joy, and Garrett each bring their own expertise to the process, but they share the same standard for quality. With family personally involved in the day-to-day work, our clients have a team that is invested in every detail of their home.

--------

Owned and operated by Roger and Joy Townsend, our company brings together three important parts of the homebuilding process.

  1. Roger leads the construction of each home
  2. Joy brings her expertise in architectural and interior design
  3. Garrett works alongside them as a project manager overseeing daily job site operations and quality control

Together, they remain personally involved throughout the entire building process—from the first conversation to final details. This hands-on approach allows our team to communicate closely, oversee the work, and ensure every home meets the quality and craftsmanship we stand behind.

MORE THAN A BUILDER

We Believe Building a Home Should be Personal.

That's why we choose quality over quantity and take on projects where we can give each client the time, attention, and craftsmanship they deserve. We get to know the people we're building for, listen to what matters to them, and work alongside them to bring their vision to life.

From the first set of plans to the day you receive the keys—and even after you move in—we're here. We communicate openly, stand behind our work, and treat every home as though we were building it for our own family.
