Sit down with Roger & Joy and discuss where you'd like to build, your wants & needs of your home, and the price range you'd like to stay within. They will work with you to create your dream home, while staying within your budget.

Design

 Once your plan is finalized and specifications selected, Roger will prepare a quote. RTC also works with a local lender should you require an interim construction loan.

Quotation

 Once your plan is finalized and specifications selected, Roger will prepare a quote. RTC also works with a local lender should you require an interim construction loan.

Build

When the plan and quotation are agreed upon, let the building process begin. Average build time is anywhere from 8-18 months, depending on the size of the home.
